Nissan Threatens Serious Implications For Sunderland

Nissan, Sunderland has again spoke out against Brexit stating some serious implications should we do so.
They are saying that we need a good deal (for them basically).
Oh yeah Nissan, Sunderland survived after we went from the biggest shipbuilding town in THE WORLD to no shipbuilding at all.
Sunderland voted to get out of the EU not to have one foot in because that means we are not out!
Yes I hope some sort of deal is made that works for all but not if it means we are out but in reality still in!
Honda and Toyota have made the same sorts of threats.
Watching with popcorn in hand.

I am not sure what the subliminal messages are here from the firms but it does look like Nissan, Honda and Toyota are not too happy.

Well at the end of the day we don't want to see a complete Nissan withdrawal from Sunderland so I hope they get something out of the deal.

I might have the day off today!

Did Nissan say what these serious implications are?

Could be anything from scaling down to a complete shut down. Who knows but its a threat all the same and its not nice to live under a threat.

Its all scaremongery cos I doubt Nissan would pull out. Can you imagine Toyota, Honda and Nissan all pulling out of the UK. All we need to do then is put high tariffs on them cars and they will lose quite a bit.
Maybe they can get some sort of balance but we can't allow those firms to dictate - we had enough of the unelected EU dictators.
That's why 70% of Wearsiders voted out!

Not really, economics will kick in and they might have to streamline things. This could include job losses.
