Charlie Wyke Appreciation Thread #21

Post by Sandy Mackem »

He has had his critics but Charlie Wyke does play his part.
He might not be a prolific scorer but he has his part to play.

Haway the lads :red-white:

They're all playing a part.. Obviously fitness is a key part of maintaining this run.

He is the target man.
He will bag a few before the season is out but obviously we would like to see him score more.
The tactics Phil Parkinson are using now are working and Wyke knows his part.

The lad can hold the ball up well enough as well. It's all slotting into place.

With Lafferty ready to take his place, doing the same job, it seems that they slot into parkinson's tactics well.

Think about this, if he is managing to get the best out of this current squad, what would he be like with decent players

Going by that logic, how come he hasn't managed teams higher up the leagues?

I think we, and us, know his limitations

It was like but very subtle.
It took me a bit to realise.

What was that you said again?
