Parkinsons transfer plans

This is the SAFC Forum. You may chat about Sunderland AFC here together with any other footballing matters. Obviously, the Black Cats are the main focus. However, this is basically our football lounge.

I wonder what the team will look like on the opening day of the season ....... whenever that is!
Athletic type and extremely good footballers capable of winning the league and that silly cup.
What are we paying these new players with, fluff and Buttons?

I really hope we go all out for new players early and make our mark.

After a couple of seasons in this league, I reckon we are stripped to the bone.
We would still have one of the best sources of funds but it's up to Phil Parkinson to go get the bargain basement players who are the best for this league.
The problem being is that when we go up that's all we will have - third division players.
Obviously a massive investment would be needed once we get back up a league unless Parky becomes a genius.

Parkinson becoming Clough is not going to happen. 🤣

We need owners who have cash, clearly that's the problem
