I met a coronavirus sufferer in Sunderland

Post by Sunderland Nut »

I met a coronavirus sufferer in Sunderland yesterday.
She was only a young lass about 20 years old and was isolating obviously and the contact was at a distance.
I had to take all precautions but she told us in advance and on the face of it looked pretty normal.
So, how many more have COVID-19 in our vicinity who either have it and don't know or who refuse to own up?
With the virus running riot in Sunderland now, the chances of meeting someone with it are increasing by the day.

I don't envy some on the front line but good luck and I hope your tests are always negative.

I'd hate a frontline job meeting people who might have coronavirus so hat's off to you nutter.

What was that you said again?

You don't get too close you understand ;)
Also, you have to be aware that because you are in that vicinity there could be traces of the virus on various surfaces.
Then there's the fine mist indoors which could carry the virus so you stay outdoors.

Just a bit common sense and social distancing that's all.
Chances are I will have dealt with quite a few sufferers but I take precautions.
