A Falkirk fan here, who has been to the Stadium of light 6 times over the years. The most memorable one being last game of the season 2012. Utd beat you with a Wayne Rooney goal, then waiting for 5 minutes after the game to hear what was happening at the Etihad. It was hilarious, with you guys doing the Poznan when City's winner went in and news came through.
I'm looking for peoples honest opinions here, if I may? I have an accumulator that is Man City, league winners, Norwich league winners, Hibs to finish third and Sunderland league winners. I think the other 3 or more or less a cert now. I can cash in for £413 for my tenner bet, however I stand to win £3600 if you guys do it and my nerve holds. It seems that Sunderland and Hull or the 2 bang on form teams in your league. Will you'se overturn Hulls lead and win?
We are the inform team and Hull are on a roll but we have to play them and we have games in hand.
I personally can only see us win the league for the following reasons:
1) Lee Johnson has got to grips with the lads after his brief spell in charge. He knows how to deal with this league and he will want to make sure we get top.
2) We have games in hand and we need to play Hull City which we will not get beat.
3) The lads will know exactly what is on offer if we win the league and confidence is very high now - they are unstoppable right now and I can't see them slipping up.
While I wouldn't encourage gambling I concur with Nockya and that is we are not going to slacken up now.
The players are reaching their full potential under Lee Johnson.
