People panic buying petrol
Stop being selfish. There's plenty at supermarket forecourts, so calm down

I hope people don't start to store it because that would be illegal!
What was that you said again?

Re: People panic buying petrol
I was limited to £30 worth of petrol the other night. It slowed down to a pennyworth every second for the last 50 pence or so then at tirty quid the thing shut down. Clever stuff but I needed a lot more than that.

Re: People panic buying petrol
I drove past a few garages the other day with petrol pumps cordoned off but today they all look as if they are back in business.

What's the position like now because they say it's not as bad as before?

I've only seen a couple of pumps closed in the forecourts but never had a problem filling up anywhere so far.Dirty Knees wrote: ↑06 Oct 2021, 20:18 What's the position like now because they say it's not as bad as before?

Some people only care about themselves. As long as they're ok for petrol, sod everyone else.Trish wrote: ↑07 Oct 2021, 18:48It happens but you can't stop the idiots.thingamajig wrote: ↑25 Sep 2021, 13:17 I hope people don't start to store it because that would be illegal!
This pandemic already brought out some people's true colours, just look at the panic buyers over bog roll and long shelf life food.
As long as they're ok, who cares about anyone else?
