Aye, aye, aye, this looks interesting :D
The Sunderland Eye Infirmary is only 75 years old which is nothing really.
I suspect they will make money on the old site for a select estate but at least the hospital will be central now.

Work is well underway on this now.. anyone see that massive crane on there? You can see it from miles away
