Chancellor Alexander Schallenberg said it would last a maximum of 20 days and there would be a legal requirement to get vaccinated from 1 February 2022.

Not really. They're telling the whole population to have the vaccine, not just people in a certain occupation

That's not really fair to change the terms and conditions of employment.
They should have given those care workers who don't want the vaccine a 3 month pay off to allow them time to change jobs.

The new rules for care workers kicked in last week so did they just terminate their employment

I've no idea if they were given any help but it would be unfair if they just sacked them.
