There seems to be a lot of investment in the city recently.

I doubt if the footbridge will bring customers.
That bridge will only get foot traffic mainly from the match.

Just look at how many walk over the Northern Spire, not many.
I remember when we used to drink in the Stadium of Light and that was out the road for doing that.
Taxi drivers will benefit without a doubt but I wonder what the parking situation will be like.
