It was odds on that Ukraine would win the Eurovision Song Contest in 2022 after the evil Russian forces invaded their peaceful country.
The UK came second but really, Britain won. That is because the judges voted them top but when the people's vote came in, they knocked the Uk off the top.
I am pleased for Ukraine and it was obviously a political vote and one which we have all seen over the years. Cronies/neighbours voting for each other!
Let's hope that the Ukrainians can kick the Russians out of their country and host the song contest next year.
It was basically ordinary Europeans telling Russia to get lost and that we are all united.
