Gareth Southgate Resigns As England Manager

This will not come as a surprise that he will leave the job, it was just how it happened.
He resigns rather than being pushed, although I think the FA would have let him stay on.

His resignation will probably please more fans than those who wanted him to stay.
He tried his best and he should be praised for that, but he didn't get us the big prize after so many attempts.

Time we moved on, but there's not a lot of Englishmen to choose from.
