We will have ups and downs along the way. With the highs, Michael Beale will be the best manager Sunderland has had. When we are down, the fans will moan and want his head. The solution is the lads need to keep winning. That is hard with no proper strikers so it will be more lows than highs this sea...

An easy three points, at least it should be.
A good 3-0 win would just be the tonic for us so let's hope Beale has done his homework on Plymouth.
