If the club have sacked him, then another club can take him on right away yeah?
Therefore is the club/Short going to try and get money from any sell on fee :headscratch:
Bit of a complicated issue if you ask me.

I heard that he said he was fearful of returning to the club in case he got arrested :lol:
Looking at some crap I have just read together with the possibility of him being sued then I suspect he will not play in England any more. If he tries to play abroad then hopefully we can sue him on the international stage so there's no place for him to hide.
What a strange scenario.

Any player any club are liable if they don't adhere to a contract... (most recent alvarez for the club), I would definitely think we'll be looking into legalities in pursuing n'dong and/or his representitives for some sort of compensation... Maybe it'll have to be short in this case, as short owns the player in terms of short was the benefactor in any monies generated from a transfer.
