Sunderland vs Manchester United U21, Team Sheet, Result & Reviews
Stadium of Light | Papa John's Trophy | Kick-off 19:00
Sunderland AFC starting XI: Carney, Richardson, Almond, Younger, Hume, Scott, Sohna, Taylor, Wearne, Dyce, Harris
SAFC substitutes: McIntyre, Jessup, Kachosa, Ryder, Middlemas, Johnson, Kelly
Man Utd U21 team: Mee, Hugill, McNeill, Wellens, McShane, Hardley, Hoogewerf, Savage, Iqbal, Fernandez, Mather
Their subs: Vitek, Bennett, Jurado, Forson, Ennis, Norkett, Murray
You will notice that our team is unrecognisable.
I can't understand this because we are not playing the required four 'qualifying outfielders'.
Lee Johnson said he would be fielding a very young side so will be getting SAFC a £5,000 fine.
Surely if the rules are broken then the game shouldn't go ahead or could get chalked off

It's not a knockout game though.

Not strictly but if we win we go through to the knock-out stages. Get beat and we will have to stuff Bradford City next month.

We are defending the cup so we should have gone for it.
I can see why we are playing the kids though.

Haway the lads.
This game is so stale with no excitement whatsoever.
