Three changes for the lads with Luke O’Nien, Pierre Ekwah and Chris Rigg coming back with Leo Hjelde, Romaine Mundle and Hemir dropped to the bench.
Also on the bench are Aji Alese and Patrick Roberts after returning from injury.

My money is on the Black Cats going all out to beat The Bluebirds with a 2-1 win.
