There was 26 seats up for grabs in Sunderland and the Labour Party have took a right old thumping!
Labour lose 10 seats with votes going to Conservative, Lib-Dems, Greens and even UKIP winning 3 seats.
We continued to vote Lib-Dems in Millfield and that's where our votes went.
Hard to imagine results could have went the way they did, Sunderland voters are very brave after tonight.

It was 12 after all, there's a post on the blogs which shows the results ward by ward.
It's hard to believe that Labour can lose so much ground in Sunderland.
UKIP got a high percentage of the vote as well.

The Labour Party have lost the plot.
They wanted more women MP's in parliament so what better than to put 3 women in Sunderland.
You could put a monkey up for election with a red rosette and they would get in here.
Them women MP's in Sunderland are there not on merit but by a default vote and they know it.
They have took our votes for granted for decades, well not any more.
I bet they are all in shock this morning

The Tories and Labour have lost a thousand council seats up and down the country. If that hasn't sent them a message about Brexit, nothing will. In the European elections later this year the Brexit Party will wipe them out. They had it coming because we voted to leave the EU and a deal wasn't on the table. We voted out.
